Delivery and Courier Information

We offer free delivery on all orders over R1500 to any location within South Africa. For orders under R1500, a flat delivery fee of R149 applies for door-to-door courier service.
We strive to deliver your online purchase as quickly as possible. However, due to the nature of the products and stock availability, there may be occasional delays due to stock replenishment from our warehouse or suppliers.
All orders are dispatched using our preferred courier services, including The Courier Guy or our in house couriers, (no branded vehicles). Please note, deliveries are not made on weekends. (Weekend deliveries may be possible but not guaranteed. This will incur a steep delivery fee upon request. Contact us at info@apleasure.co.za) Once your order is collected by the courier from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and waybill details.

Discreet Packaging and Delivery
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. All orders are packed in plain, unmarked boxes with no indication of the contents. The waybill will also be discreet.
Delivery Timeframes
•    Major Centres (Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London, George, Bloemfontein):
Delivery typically takes 2-5 Business Days for orders placed and paid by 10:00 AM, Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 10:00 AM, on Fridays, or before a public holiday, will be delivered in 3-5 Business Days.
•    Outlying Areas:
Please note that delivery to some remote areas may take an additional 1-2 business days. 

Order Processing
We process orders Monday to Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday, and those made on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Issues with Delivery
If you receive incorrect items or a short of stock delivery, please notify us within 24 hours at info@apleasure.co.za. If you don't receive a response within 24 hours, please call us at 063 963 5225.
Re-Delivery and Special Requests
If you're unavailable to sign for your delivery, please specify an authorized recipient during checkout in the special instructions. If the courier is unable to reach you, a second delivery attempt will be made at no additional cost. If the second attempt fails, the parcel will be returned, and re-delivery can be arranged at your expense.
In case of urgent delivery needs, please contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate you (surcharges will apply).

Tracking Your Order
You can track the status of your order via your account. For updates, you will also receive notifications. For any other queries about your order, please contact us at orders@apleasure.co.za.
