Returns and Refunds
Due to the intimate nature of our products, our return and refund policy is limited. We take great care to ensure all items are in perfect working condition before dispatch.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. As all items are classified as intimate goods, we are unable to process returns, even if unused. This policy is in place to protect the health and privacy of all our customers.
Defective, Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, faulty, incorrect, or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at info@apleasure.co.za with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos or videos demonstrating the defect or damage
We will assess the issue and may offer one of the following resolutions:
• A replacement (if stock is available)
• A refund (processed via the original payment method)
All returns must be in their original packaging with all accessories included. Once validated, we will arrange for collection and process the resolution accordingly.
Warranty
Only specified products are covered under a manufacturer warranty. High-end or top-tier products will indicate on the product listing if they come with a warranty and for how long. If a defect arises within the specified warranty period, we will send the product to the supplier (within 6 months of purchasing from us), and they will manage the process of either replacing or repairing the item going forward. Anything after 6 months, please contact the supplier directly via your serial number and information on the box.
Final Notes
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of misuse or are not returned in their original condition.
Refunds will only be issued via the original payment method.
Shipping fees for returns (unless due to a fault or error on our part) are non-refundable.
